These cover the free Marenn Risk report, the Climate Mesh, our Stewards and Marenn Insurance, launching in 2027. If something is not answered here, email us and we will reply within one business day.
BACK TO MARENN.COMA free, address-level climate-risk report for Australian coastal homes, drawn from our coastal data lake. It reads the seven hazards that matter for your specific block: flood, storm and hail, cyclone, erosion and inundation, storm vegetation, bushfire and subsidence and the direction each is trending.
It is genuinely free. No cost, no obligation, no policy required. The report is how most people first meet Marenn. We ask only for an email so we can send the report and the occasional regional update.
Marenn Risk resolves risk at the property pin for the perils that vary at that scale (bushfire, flood, erosion and inundation, storm vegetation) and at the 1 km radar/soil-cell for perils whose underlying data is native to that resolution (storm and hail, cyclone, subsidence). Not a whole-suburb average that lumps the clifftop in with the floodplain. It combines public, paid and Marenn's own data, including the live Climate Mesh, into one plain-language read.
We start in the Noosa region on the Sunshine Coast and extend along the premium coast from there. If your address is not covered yet we will tell you and keep you on the list.
No. The report stands alone. Marenn Insurance is a separate product and launches in 2027.
A growing network of rooftop climate stations across the region that streams hyperlocal weather in real time. It sharpens every risk report and, over time, helps underwrite the insurance.
Yes. Cafes, clubs and similar venues can host a free station, get a counter-top weather display and appear on the public mesh map. You can register your venue from the homepage.
No. The station, the install and the display are free. In return, your rooftop adds a node to the public mesh.
In 2027, starting in Noosa. You can join the waitlist now. The founding cohort is quoted first, ahead of public launch.
On each home's real risk, using the same Marenn Risk intelligence and Climate Mesh data, rather than a single postcode rate. It is built to prevent claims rather than deny them, with local people who are down the road when it matters.
No. Marenn Insurance is in development and all references to it are forward-looking, subject to licensing and regulatory approval by ASIC. No insurance product is currently offered for sale in Australia and Marenn Australia Pty Ltd does not currently hold an Australian Financial Services Licence.
Only when it is relevant to a quote. Pre-quote inspections are app-driven: a local Steward follows a fixed protocol with AI assistance and drone roof imagery. The app is the protocol, so quality does not depend on who attends.
Locally recruited, police-checked and reference-checked people who work to the Marenn app protocol on Marenn-issued devices. They are established members of the communities they cover.
We are always interested in good local Stewards and trades. You can apply through the Steward and trade-panel links in the footer.
Public hazard and mapping data, paid data sources and Marenn's own Climate Mesh and inspection data, combined in our coastal data lake.
